Terms of Service
Effective date: August 7, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Thirdsight Inc.'s websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
1. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. You may use the Services only as permitted by law and any agreement between you or your organization and Thirdsight.
2. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, violate another person's rights, or use the Services to break applicable law. You may not reverse engineer or use the Services to develop a competing product except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. Customer content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services. You grant Thirdsight the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions required to submit the content.
4. AI-assisted features
Some features use artificial intelligence and may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Outputs are informational and are not legal, medical, regulatory, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and applying appropriate professional judgment before relying on them or taking action.
5. Intellectual property
Thirdsight and its licensors own the Services, including the software, designs, trademarks, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you. Use of the Thirdsight software may also be governed by our End User License Agreement.
6. Third-party services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party products. Thirdsight does not control and is not responsible for those products, which may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
8. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIRDSIGHT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. ANY LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED AS PROVIDED IN YOUR APPLICABLE WRITTEN AGREEMENT WITH THIRDSIGHT.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Questions may be sent to info@thirdsight.ai.
